The Role:
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic leader to join us as the Director of Project Management, Procurement & Finance Operations. This pivotal role will oversee the integration of planning, procurement, and financial activities, driving our strategic goals and operational excellence. As part of our energetic start-up/scale-up environment, you will have the opportunity to help us shape the future of healthcare, build new processes, and leave a lasting legacy.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Planning:

- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans.
- Manage resource allocation and prioritize tasks.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Facilitate project status meetings and prepare reports.

Procurement:

- Oversee sourcing, vendor selection, and contract management.
- Implement strategic sourcing practices and maintain quality standards.
- Develop strong vendor relationships and ensure competitive pricing.
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Finance:

- Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.
- Monitor financial performance and identify improvement areas.
- Present financial reports to senior management.
- Establish controls to mitigate financial risks.

Collaboration and Leadership:

- Foster effective communication among stakeholders.
- Identify cost
- and time-saving opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional teams with clear objectives.
- Develop and implement business models aligned with strategic goals.

Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement.

About You:
You will have significant experience in FMCG, Pharmaceutical, and/or Consumer Health organizations. Ideally holding an MBA, you possess a strong background in finance, procurement, and project management. Your expertise includes developing commercial solutions and you excel in communication and leadership. You have a proven ability to build relationships with global suppliers and experience in commercial execution and sales force effectiveness is a plus.
