Convero focusses on 3 pillars - GP Advisory & Primary Fundraising, Secondary Advisory and Capital raising for direct transactions - in Private Markets. Our clients are usually Private Equity, Venture Capital, Infrastructure or Private Debt fund managers which are looking for advice and access to the European Investor base.
Convero has a flat hierarchy, and every team member manages his own schedules, markets, and prospects. We are therefore looking for a self-starter and a teamplayer who can under initial guidance work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance, entrepreneurial environment.
**What the job involves**:
- Coordinate and lead the fundraising activities for your assigned market(s) and investor group(s) independently for our clients
- Attend industry leading conference such as the SuperReturn, SuperInvestor, Global Infrastructure Summit, IPEM or others.
- Organise investor roadshows and lead meetings with potential investors
- Prepare briefing notes for investor meetings, distribute fund materials, follow-up with interested investors to potentially
- Lead investor due diligence meetings throughout the fundraising period
- Support the creation of marketing materials, data room, due diligence questionnaires and other documentation.
- Support co-investment and secondary processes
**Who we are looking for**
- Educated to degree level from a leading institution with strong academic background
- A background in financial services - either in investment banking, consulting, transaction services, investment management, corporate finance or experience in a placement agent / IR
- Attention to detail, ability to execute projects and tasks in a time-efficient manner
- Proactive and driven nature, ability to work independently and prioritise multiple tasks at once
- Confident communicator; flawless written and verbal English language skills. Additional European language(s) required, preferably French or a Nordic language
- Knowledge of or exposure to private markets is beneficial, but not required
