Nous recherchons pour l'un de nos clients genevois un Analyste Developpeur spécialisé dans l'Asset Management (bancaire):
Mission
Vous serez en charge de la maintenance et de l'évolution de nos logiciels internes de gestion d'actifs, en garantissant leur adéquation aux besoins métiers et aux standards technologiques. Vous participerez également à la mise en ?uvre d'un projet stratégique lié aux données de marché dans le cadre de Solvabilité II.
Responsabilités principales
Assurer la maintenance, l'optimisation et l'évolution des solutions logicielles internes existantes.
Concevoir et livrer de nouvelles fonctionnalités en respectant les méthodologies et standards internes.
Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de gestion d'actifs et les analystes quantitatifs pour traduire les besoins métiers en solutions techniques.
Participer à l?intégration et à la mise en conformité des données de marché selon les exigences de Solvabilité II.
Fournir un support technique aux utilisateurs finaux et aux équipes opérationnelles.
Expérience requise
Expérience professionnelle significative dans une banque d?investissement, une société de gestion d?actifs ou un établissement financier dans une fonction similaire.
Compétences techniques
Maîtrise avancée du développement dans l?environnement Microsoft (.Net, SQL Server, PL-SQL).
Bonne compréhension des métiers et processus de la gestion d?actifs.
La connaissance des outils d?analyse financière et du logiciel APT est un atout.
**Une expérience sur des projets réglementaires (ex**: Solvabilité II) serait appréciée.
Compétences générales
Solide expérience en tant que développeur IT, idéalement orienté systèmes financiers.
Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et exigeant.
Excellentes compétences d?analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
Compréhension des impacts IT des besoins métiers complexes.
Bonnes capacités de communication orale et écrite en français et en anglais.
Esprit d'équipe, autonomie et rigueur.
