QA Associate Director Chemical Small Scale

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Associate Director Chemical Small Scale Manufacturing at our main location in Visp. The Chemical Small Scale Manufacturing is a growing business at Lonza including several new investments.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsibility for managing a dedicated QA operation team in Chemical Small Scale Manufacturing
- Ensuring that all applicable regulatory requirements to maintain a cGMP compliant organization are met
- Providing QA support to all stakeholders
- Supervising batch disposition
- Member of the Quality management team and thus responsible for maintaining and improving GMP systems and thereby ensuring the cGMP compliance of Lonza
Key requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Chemistry, Bio-Chemistry or related field
- Very good GMP knowledge in the field of the pharmaceutical industry
- Several years of distinctive experience in a leadership position managing a dedicated QA operations team
- Experience handling internal and external stakeholders and customers on different management levels
- Driven by Objectives and passion for process improvement
- Proficient in German and English language
