**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Supply Chain, the **Team Lead Outbound** oversees all outbound movements to all channels including all VAS-activities. It involves the planning and monitoring of the operation executed by the 3rd party vendors for Warehousing and Transportation.

Other duties include
- the management of replenishment-orders from the NL to UK and the CN/APAC-region
- point2point shipments
- Issuing monthly SoX-Reports related to shipping operations

Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage, Lead and Support the associates responsible for the Wholesale
- and DTC-channels.
Support team’s and individual’s development, have weekly 1:1’s and weekly team meetings
- Ensure adequate training is provided to support all key activities of the business: outbound activities, daily management of 3PL activities: activity planning, setting clear priorities and tracking performance
- Ensure SOX compliance: by issuing monthly reports and ensure that process documentation is up to date.
- Management of 3PL
- Clear SOP’s for all warehouse related processes
- Monitoring of KPI’s: regular review of trends and results to address performance challenges.
- Assist in monthly business reviews
- Closely monitor 3PL daily activities: outbound
- Transport: Manage relationship with courier company for e-commerce through KPI management and regular meetings
- Export and trade compliance: collaborate with Trade Compliance Manager and director of sales operations to ensure compliance of requested services and offer alternative solutions as needed.
- Close cooperation with internal stakeholders and partners such as sales, sales operations and finance to best support the financial growth of the business across all channels. Create a service mentality based on logistics and export expertise and thrive for operational excellence.

Experience, Education**
- 5 to 10 years’ experience in logistics management (preferably in a 3PL operated environment)
- Experience in leading a team of Specialists
- University Degree in a relevant field
- Language: English and any other European language
