As a key member of the Reinsurance Risk Management team, you will be part of the team supporting the implementation of Zurich’s Enterprise Risk Management and Regulatory frameworks within the Group Reinsurance.

**What you will do**
- Conducting operational risk management activities according to areas assigned: scan environment, risk assessment, mitigation, reporting and monitoring including Quality Assurance activities.
- Providing support for Regulatory Reporting and policy adherence process.
- Providing senior management with information required for decision-taking
- Promoting the Group Risk Management and Compliance Frameworks to ensure they are sufficiently understood and implemented

**What you bring**
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 4 or more years of experience in risk management.
- Preferred: Risk-related professional certification, e.g. ARM, RIMS, SOX, or similar.
- Knowledge of reinsurance is a plus.
