**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Du übernimmst die personelle und fachliche Führung des Betriebs und Engineer Teams von rund 12 Mitarbeitern
- Du analysierst und löst betriebliche Issues und Taskes.
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Analysie und die Lösuung von betrieblichen Issues und Tasks.
- Du führst das Monitoring von businesskritischen Systemen durch
- Du bist Ansprechperson im täglichen Betrieb zu offenen Incidents, Requests, Problems und Changes

**Deine Skills**:

- Abgeschlossene Informatikausbildung & Weiterbildungen z.B. eidg. Fachausweis/-Diplom, HF, FH oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung von Vorteil
- Führungserfahrung auf der Stufe Team respektive Abteilung
- Kenntnisse des BORS-Marktes
- ITIL V3 oder höher erwünscht
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und Französisch Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
