Hierzu betreuen wir Schweizer KMU's sowie internationale Konzerne in der Rekrutierung der verschiedenen Vakanzen und Projekten.

**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Leitung des Electronics Engineering-Teams, um innovative und technologisch fortschrittliche Produkte zu entwickeln.
- Verantwortung für die gesamte Elektronikentwicklung von der Konzeptphase bis zur Serienproduktion.
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und Normen in allen Elektronikprojekten.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachabteilungen, um eine reibungslose Integration von Elektronik, Mechanik und Software zu gewährleisten.
- Identifikation und Implementierung von effizienten Prozessen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Elektronikentwicklung.
- Durchführung von Risikoanalysen und Entwicklung von Lösungsstrategien für technische Herausforderungen.
- Budgetverantwortung für Elektronikprojekte und effiziente Ressourcenallokation.
- Marktbeobachtung und Identifikation neuer Technologien zur Integration in zukünftige Produkte.

**Deine Skills**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Elektronik, Mechatronik oder einem verwandten Fachbereich.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Elektronikentwicklung und Führung von Ingenieurteams.
- Tiefgreifende Kenntnisse in der digitalen und analogen Schaltungsentwicklung.
- Erfahrung mit Systemarchitektur, Mikrocontroller-Programmierung und Firmware-Entwicklung.
- Vertrautheit mit Industrie-4.0-Technologien und IoT-Anwendungen.
- Nachgewiesene Erfolge in der Umsetzung von Elektronikprojekten von der Konzeption bis zur Markteinführung.
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz.
- Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
