The Franke Coffee Systems division is a leading global provider of state-of-the-art solutions for professional coffee making. In a centralized interface role within a matrix organization, the Program Manager is responsible for handling allocated tasks within Coffee Programs run by EMEA Key Accounts. The Program Manager will support the Senior Program Manager and also lead projects and/or full programs independently.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Works closely with and supports the Senior Program Manager
- Manages own projects and/or coordinates activities between and with other project teams.
- Development and Lifecycle Management of Centralized Customer Coffee Programs
- Equipment portfolio management: validation, tests, approvals and documentation
- Recipes, Menu & GUI Management: Individualisation acc. to customer requirements
- Interacts and coordinates with internal staff members of other departments as well as market representatives in order to provide best service to customers.
- Supports the VP EMEA and EMEA team in the management of sales activities

**Key qualifications**:

- At least 1-2 years professional experience within Program/Project Management, ideally matured within customer projects
- Excellent oral and written command in English and German is a must. Other language skills are of advantage.
- High degree of professionalism, strong drive and commitment and flexibility to travel internationally.
- Self-motivated, customer and solution oriented personality
- Organised, methodical, proactive and pragmatic
- Team Player
- Experience with manufactured goods for food industry is of advantage
