**Description**

Are you ready to drive efficiency and optimize/improve purchasing processes? Join us as an Operational Buyer and play a critical role in our supply chain We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, detail-oriented, independent, resilient, dependable, problem solving approach and ready to make a meaningful impact.

**How you’ll make an impact**
- Process Orders Efficiently: Manage intercompany orders, track delivery timelines, and handle any deviations
- Supplier Coordination**: Confirm orders, follow up with internal suppliers, and ensure timely delivery
- Data Maintenance: Update SAP master data, troubleshoot errors, and ensure data accuracy
- Process Improvement: Identify ways to streamline and enhance our purchasing procedures
- Quality Management: Address quality issues quickly and coordinate resolutions effectively

**What We’re Looking For**
- Relevant Training & Experience: Background in commercial or technical fields with purchasing experience
- Software Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office and SAP, especially SAP MM
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in industrial or MEM sectors preferred
- Languages: Fluent English, with German as a plus
- Core Traits: Reliable, independent, and detail-focused team player with a problem-solving mindset
