The mission of our manufacturing and supply chain team is to deliver high-quality products on time to our customers. In close collaboration with Development, we bring new instruments into the series production flow and together with Sales, we supply our customers on time and with premium service.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Source and purchase all indirect goods and services
- Create and manage purchase orders for indirect and direct materials
- Support the Strategic Buyer in direct sourcing activities, including RFQs and supplier communication
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels for consumable materials
- Maintain relationships with suppliers, resolve operational issues, and monitor supplier performance
- Execute the weekly production planning and coordinate priorities with the production team

**Your profile**:

- Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship
- Further education in purchasing or business administration is nice to have
- 2 years + of experience in procurement, planning, or a related operations role, ideally in a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience in manufacturing planning
- Experience in inventory management and count is a big plus
- Experience with production planning and ERP systems
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in German and English
