- We are looking for a Global Tax Planning & Analysis Manager to join our global finance team in Geneva.- You will ensure that tax opportunities are well identified and assessed, and the tax risks are efficiently mitigated. You will contribute to operational transfer pricing and tax accounting management with the view to implement and monitor the processes and controls design for tax compliance, tax efficiency and tax risk mitigation. You will develop tax data analytics and run simulation analysis to evaluate the tax impact of potential changes in business operations, transfer pricing setup, etc. You will also contribute to defense in tax audit cases by quantifying the potential risks and assessing the impact of various scenarios.- You will closely cooperate with Group Controlling and Group Financial Planning & Analysis teams as well as Finance teams in the markets. You will run the quantitative analyses starting from the retrieve of the necessary data from the Oracle EPM systems (FCCS, PBCS, etc.) used by Wella. On the operational transfer pricing side, you will manage transfer pricing calculations and cooperate invoicing and accounting treatment (posting) with Shared Service Center based in Poland and with Group Treasury for the intercompany payments.- This is a great opportunity for an experienced and dynamic tax professional to thrive in a fast-paced challenging environment with significant growth and learning opportunities as well as international expansion. This in-house position covers both the tax advisory and operational tax management tasks and activities.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- End-to-end lead and coordination of operational transfer pricing execution of the group transfer pricing policies across all group entities (calculation or review of intercompany charges, transfer pricing adjustments, availability of benchmarking studies, etc.)
- Lead and coordination of the local markets’ efforts for the preparation of high quality, consistent and cost-efficient local files, as well as update and review by external advisors of the group Masterfile and CbC Reporting
- Quantitative analysis of Pillar II implications in the markets and at the group level, coordination of the management actions, support in automation and operationalization of Pillar II compliance and calculations
- Quantitative analysis and evaluation of tax planning and optimization measures as well as changes in business oprations (collection of necessary data, simulation models, impact assessment, presentation of analysis outcomes, etc.)
- Use of group accounting and reporting tools as required for tax analysis and planning or operational tax / transfer pricing management
- Development and implementation of continuous improvements of processes as regards tax data collection, maintenance, analysis, storing, etc.
- Development and delivery of data analytics on tax planning, tax compliance, tax audits.
- Other work-related tasks, as assigned, on ad-hoc planning and analysis
- In this role, you will be interfacing with the following key stakeholders: Global Tax colleagues, Group Controlling, Group Treasury, Group Financial Planning & Analysis, Shared Services Center, Global IT, Regional and Local Finance, etc.**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Essential**:

- 4-6 years of relevant (ideally multi-disciplinary) experience in the areas of transfer pricing, tax planning, tax accounting, gained within global accounting firms and/or in a multinational company
- Bachelor´s / Master´s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Tax or Data Sciences
- Financial accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, ACMA equivalent) is a plus
- Experience in using SAP or other ERP systems
- Familiarity with transfer pricing guidelines and legislation
- Ability to run detailed analysis of P&L positions
- Ability to leverage advanced data analytics
- Ability to prepare Power Point presentation of analysis outcome
- Good experience in working with financial reporting systems and other reporting procedures.
- Familiarity with visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) is a plus
- Excellent listening and analytical skills. Strong ability to communicate complex topics in concise terms
- Excellent interpersonal skills and being a Tea
