Ihre Aufgaben
- Koordinierung und Optimierung der Steueraktivitäten des Unternehmens auf globaler Ebene
- Zusammenarbeit mit externen Steuerberatern zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung effektiver, langfristiger Steuerstrategien, die den gesetzlichen Vorschriften entsprechen
- Entwicklung und Überwachung globaler Verrechnungspreiskonzepte
- Koordinierung und Optimierung des Steuerrisikomanagements, um die Einhaltung der Steuergesetze und -vorschriften weltweit zu gewährleisten und die Steuerrichtlinien des Unternehmens festzulegen
- Kommunikation von Steuerrisiken und -chancen in Bezug auf aktuelle und zukünftige Steuerrechtsänderungen, Geschäftstransaktionen oder chancenbezogene betriebliche Veränderungen
- Überwachung und Umsetzung zukünftiger steuerlicher Entwicklungen und Erteilung von Steueranweisungen, um die Einhaltung aller steuerlichen Berichts
- und Offenlegungspflichten sicherzustellen
- Unterstützung des regionalen und lokalen Managements bei Steuerprüfungen und Durchführung von steuerlichen Gerichtsverfahren
- Verhandlungen mit den Steuerbehörden führen sowie das Einreichen von Steuerrulings
- Beratung bei M&A-, Due-Diligence
- und Finanzierungsprojekten

Ihr Profil
- Fachhochschul-/Hochschulabschluss (Bachelor/Master) in Wirtschaft oder Recht sowie eine Weiterbildung zum dipl. Steuerexperten
- Mindestens 8 bis 10 Jahre Erfahrung im Fachbereich Steuern (Schweiz/International)
- Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch
- Ausgewiesene Beratungskompetenz
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Fähigkeit, Wissen weiterzugeben
- Teamorientiert, engagiert und belastbar
- Arbeitsweise ist speditiv, exakt und zuverlässig
