**Summary Description**:
Reporting directly to the Myovant Sciences GmbH General Manager, with a functional reporting line to Myovant's Chief Commercial Officer, this newly created position within Myovant's global organization will be responsible for leading the Women's Health and Oncology Franchise Life Cycle Management teams tasked with directing commercialization strategies to maximize product and portfolio opportunities through LOE, and leading the international commercial organization, including representing and directing Myovant's commercial and other interests with Myovant's global partners. Additionally, this person will lead ex-US commercial assessments for business development and in-licensing opportunities as we expand our pipeline. This role may also include responsibilities for ex-US new product planning, in select regions.
Success in this high-profile role will require a collaborative mindset; strong executive presence and indirect influence skills; solid global experience; and a proven track record operating in an emerging/developing organization. As a key member of Myovant's global leadership team, the **Vice President, Global Commercial Strategy & Life Cycle Management **will be expected to partner closely with Myovant leadership; Myovant product development, commercial, and manufacturing/supply team; as well as Myovant's respective alliance partners.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- ** **Lead extended global, portfolio Lifecycle Teams for aligned commercialization strategy to maximize product and portfolio opportunities through LOE.
- Work effectively with Myovant global leadership, relevant functions, and established/potential alliance partners while representing Brand optimization interests.
- Develop dashboard of prioritized LCM options aligned with Target Opportunity Profiles and long-term corporate/portfolio growth strategies.
- Actively participate in ex-US brand/strategic planning activities, ensuring alignment to agreed LCM plans.
- Develop and align Target Product Profiles (TPP), volume/sales forecasts, strategic rationale, risk profile and commercial synergies for each LCM opportunity across portfolios.
- Develop global brand forecasts and shape the global supply plan to meet the expected demand.
- Represent Myovant on all international alliance governance committees
- Develop relevant network of key opinion leaders and market advisors.
- Contribute commercial assessment of in/out-licensing opportunities to support key Business Development decisions, opining on organizational commitment, resources, needed infrastructure for success.
**Requirements & Experience**
- Minimum of a BA or BS degree; Master's degree in Life Sciences or Business Administration preferred.
- 10-15+ years of validated commercial experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, preferably in oncology, specialty pharmaceutical, or related high-science disease state (i.e. neurology).
- 5+ years of alliance management, strategic or global marketing experience with demonstrated ownership of: long range corporate and portfolio strategic planning; environmental assessment and situation analysis creation; NPV, forecast model, and commercial assessment development.
- Global/ex-US in/out licensing deal experience preferred.
- Ability to distill insights into action in support of corporate growth objectives.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, with an entrepreneurial mind-set and a track record of results.
- Approximately 35-50% regional/global travel is required.
- English - fluent, German - desirable,
- Experience in project management, leading cross-functional global team
- Intercultural experience and ability to act in a highly complex, dynamic environment of an emerging organization required.
- This position includes frequent contact with the US-company based in Brisbane, California
