**Job description**:
As Influencer Marketing Project Manager, you will be part of the global Public Relations Team. You will be in charge of growing our Social Media presence through engaging influencer marketing that drives brand awareness, engagement and conversions globally. You will help drive the Swatch Social Media strategy to increase our customer engagement by providing best influencer practices and next-generation digital trends.

Main responsibilities will include:

- Steer and execute the international Influencer strategy to increase brand awareness, commercial growth & brand equity.
- Create exciting influencer experiences to support Swatch brand campaigns, launches or events.
- Grow the audience and engagement across current key global digital platforms, take care of seeding products to influential people and keep Swatch ahead of the curve in platform choices and partnerships.
- Close collaboration with the PR, Event, Sport and Marketing Department.
- Align with internal and external business partners to ensure consistency in communication and knowledge sharing.
- Support markets with requests for local influencer marketing campaigns.
- Be a steward of our brand voice, tone, and visual representation across channels, ensuring the influencer content is cohesive and on-brand.
- Stay abreast of latest technologies, initiatives, influencers and trends to excite and serve the Swatch fans with valuable experiences.
- Track performance results and produce reports and learnings using social tools and analytics.
- Ensure all online activities follow current laws and ethical best practices.
- Manage budgets and report on business impact/ROI.
- Take care of influencers at global events

**Profile**:
Besides your 3 to 5 years’ experience in agencies or lifestyle environment, you bring experience in Digital and ideally PR. You demonstrate proven experience developing contemporary and engaging influencer marketing campaigns and already have an existing network with agencies and influencers.

You have developed the ability to collect, analyse, and use social data and you have managed multiple projects involving coordination with various departments both internally and externally.

**Languages**:
You are fluent in English (mandatory), German and/or French.
