Ollon, Schweiz Villars Alpine Resort Vollzeit

Whilst as Director of Sales & Marketing you will be overseeing sales & marketing for the three properties, the focus will be on the reopening of the Villars Palace after an intensive renovation.

This is an excellent role to bring in your own ideas, entrepreneurial mindset and passion.

The challenges and responsibilities of the role are as following:

- Implement the overall sales & marketing structure
- Develop & executive sales & marketing strategies
- Train an effective team
- Be a true leader who is able to bring the team together around a common vision
- Coordinate with operations
- Share your knowledge with employees and students

The role is open from now onwards. The position is a long-term role (100%, indefinite contract) and comes with a very competitive salary and bonus system. - Experienced Director of Sales & Marketing or Senior Director of Sales in 4* or 5* properties
- Fluency in French & English is a must; German would be an additional plus
- You must be eligible to work in Switzerland or Europe
- (Pre-/re-) opening experience would be of advantage
- Experience in (mountain) resorts would be of advantage
- Current or previous experience in Switzerland is a plus, but not a must
- Passion to build the hotels’ reputation from scratch and work in an entrepreneurial, almost start-up like environment
- Strong leadership skills that motivate the sales team and other team members to perform beyond expectation
- Strong analytical skills to understand and respond to key performance indicators and competitive trends
