**Role**

As the AI Training Director, you will spearhead our AI education and adoption efforts. You’ll design and lead engaging workshops, guide clients through their AI journeys, and develop training programs that demystify AI while driving strategic innovation. You’ll be a key partner in shaping how organisations use AI to unlock value.

This could be part of your next challenge:

- ** AI Education & Enablement**- Design and lead tailored AI workshops for executives, teams, and technical audiences.
- Translate complex AI concepts into accessible, engaging training experiences.
- Develop scalable learning paths, from AI literacy to applied innovation.
- **Client Transformation & Innovation**- Guide enterprise clients through AI adoption strategies, use case identification, and roadmap development.
- Partner with business and technical leaders to drive AI maturity within their organizations.
- Infuse innovation thinking into all engagements, challenging conventional approaches with AI-driven possibilities.
- **Sales & Growth Support**- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to position training as a strategic offering.
- Participate in pre-sales conversations, client briefings, and proposal development.
- Identify new business opportunities and help shape custom training and innovation engagements.
- **Thought Leadership & Strategy**- Stay ahead of AI and LLM trends, incorporating emerging technologies into offerings.
- Continuously improve and evolve training content based on client feedback and market needs.

**Requirements**:
This should be part of your background to apply:

- 8 - 10 years in a combination of roles such as AI consulting, technical training, enterprise transformation, or innovation leadership.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to lead workshops and executive briefings with clarity, empathy, and authority.
- Prior experience with enterprise AI adoption projects.
- Familiarity with change management and organizational learning principles.
- Ability to bridge the gap between technology and business strategy, with a focus on practical impact.
- Fluent in English and French or German is a must.
