**Lab technician 60 - 80 %**: Start of employment 01.07.2025 or upon agreement

**Your responsibilities**:

- Support in conducting experiments with human samples
- Cryopreservation of human sample materials
- Regular performance of mouse experiments with mouse models that require interventions on mice
- Breeding and genotyping of mice
- Cell culture of mouse cell lines and maintenance of organoids
- Operation of our flow cytometry instruments for experiments
- Conducting experiments for single-cell sequencing
- Processing and analysis of experimental data

**Your profile**:

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in natural sciences
Knowledge:
Knowledge in handling mice and mouse experiments
Advantageous: Experience with flow cytometry, PCR, and cell culture
Advantageous: Experience with experiments using human samples
Advantageous: Previous knowledge in immunology
Advantageous: Advanced manual dexterity
Willingness to work independently and responsibly
