Jobdescription Job Title: Laboratory technician sensor technology (english speaking) Location: Zürich, Switzerland Workload: 100% (Remote up to 20%) Level: Professional (3-4 years experience) Job Description We are looking for a Laboratory technician sensor technology to join a dynamic team working on experimental testing and measurement campaigns. The role involves preparing test devices, executing experiments, analyzing data, and validating results in a structured and reliable manner. This is an excellent opportunity for engineers who enjoy working in a lab environment and want to apply their technical skills to real-world measurement and testing projects. Responsibilities - Prepare and set up test devices for experimental campaigns - Conduct measurement campaigns and ensure accurate data acquisition - Validate and analyze experimental data - Assess measurement uncertainty and ensure data reliability - Collaborate with team members to improve lab procedures and testing processes - Hands-on work in a laboratory environment Requirements - Bachelor's degree or higher in Automation, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or similar - 3-4 years of experience in experimental design, measurement campaigns, and test device handling - Experience with data validation and analysis - Proficiency in Matlab (1-3 years) - Proficiency in Python (1-3 years) - Experience with LabVIEW is a plus but not required - Fluent in English; German is a plus - Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented work style - Ultrasonic measurement experience is a bonus This is an urgent position, and we have a deadline to submit candidates by 21st November 2025.
