We are looking for someone for the **winter season 2024-2025**

**Sommelier**
- Accord mets et vins, coordination on dishes and menus in collaboration with the Executive Chef
- Purchasing, storing and caring for the finest bottles.
- Wine inventory management.
- Hospitable and competent advice for our pampered guests.
- Sales and excellent service for wine and other fine drinks
- Organization and implementation of wine tastings
- Training of service personnel
- Contract to be renewed over several seasons
- Perfect, skillful and sensitive host
- Restaurant specialist and further training as a sommelier/ière, several years of professional experience in the luxury hotel industry and upscale gastronomy
- Knowledge and appreciation of wines from Switzerland
- Fluent in German, French and English
- Well-groomed manners with a good portion of warmth, flexibility, sense of responsibility, confident demeanor, attention to detail
- Guest-oriented, professional work and sales skills
