**Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie**:

- Überwachung und Ausführung der täglich anfallenden definierten Service Aufgaben
- Mithelfen beim Erstellen von Arbeitsanweisungen / SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) für die verschiedenen Labor Service Tätigkeiten.
- Stets ein offenes Ohr für die Belange der Kunden haben und aktiv mitdenken, wie Laborunterstützungsprozesse verbessert werden können; Hierbei gute und enge Kommunikation und Absprache mit dem Team Leader
- Sicherstellung des eigenen, für die Erfüllung der Aufgaben nötigen Trainingsstandes: Falls erforderlich Melden des Trainingsbedarfs an den Teamleader
- strikte Einhaltung der Sicherheitsvorschriften von Avantor und Kunden; Unterstützen der Sicherheitsbestrebungen von Avantor

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Abgeschlossene Berufslehre
- Mind. 3 Jahre Laborerfahrung
- Kennnisse über GxP und Verhaltensregeln in einem biologischen Labor
- Gute IT Kenntnisse
- Deutsch / Englisch
- Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Erfahrung mit analytischen Geräten und entsprechender Software
