As a Facility Manager, you are responsible for enabling and securing the operations of the group site portfolio by providing optimized and qualitative facility management services in line with set requirements.
**Your main responsibilities include**:
- Ensure the smooth operation of the multi-brand store portfolio by delivering high-quality facility management services within a specific geographic region and for designated service providers.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage and execute various projects across the store portfolio.
- Monitor and analyze cost performance, comparing actual figures to budgeted amounts, and provide regular forecasts.
- Develop and maintain facility plans to meet the needs of stores and other properties, balancing scheduled and reactive maintenance activities.
- Continuously assess and improve facility management services to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.
**Qualifications**
As a **Facility Manager**, you are comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, projects, and tasks simultaneously.
You have the ability to prioritize effectively under tight deadlines and pressure. With strong communication skills, you approach tasks with a high sense of urgency and collaborate confidently with diverse stakeholders.
You have a proficient understanding of the field of facility management and the ability to identify risks and opportunities in a retail environment. With an analytic mindset, you are able to prepare and present budgets, business cases, and reports on cost and quality follow-up.
**What you need to succeed**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous work experience in retail construction, facility management, and/or real estate is preferred
- Experience from activity based budgeting and operational planning
- Experience from managing external suppliers and follow-up on contractual obligations
- Energy management is meriting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German
- Proficiency in English
- Additional language skills (e.g., French/Italian) are a plus
**Additional Information**
This is a **fulltime** position, starting (best case) **on the 1st of April 2025**. The role is based in **Zurich**with the expectation of working from one of our offices for three days per week.
