**Responsibilities
As a Head of Product Management:

- Lead the PM and BA team and oversee the delivery of projects in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are clearly defined and aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and implement project management methodologies, processes, and tools to ensure the efficient delivery of projects.
- Manage project risks and issues and take corrective actions to ensure successful delivery.
- Monitor and report project progress to management comity and stakeholders.
- Identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies for enhancing team performance.
- Manage the allocation and recruitment of resources for successful delivery

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing large-scale, complex IT projects in the finance industry.
- Experience in delivering back-office banking projects, such as core banking, payment systems, CRM, etc.
- Advanced knowledge of banking systems like Temenos, Abaccus, GT Frame, GT Exchange, GT Match, GT Fraud and GT sanction, Pythagoras
- Proven knowledge of key compliance principles in the banking industry, as well as regulatory reporting processes (FiRE, FATCA, CRS, AML, reporting to exchange, etc.).
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, and experience in implementing them.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
- Experience in managing medium to large size teams and building high-performing teams.
- Fluent in English and French.
