**YOUR CHALLENGE**:

- Gesamtverantwortung über Immobilienmarktberichte mit Fokus Schweiz (spätere Abdeckung ausländischer Märkte angestrebt)
- Eigenständige Durchführung von Marktanalysen mit Fokus (indirekter) Immobilienmarkt Schweiz
- Aufsetzung und regelmässige Platzierung des indirekten Immobilien Research (Immobilienfonds, Immobilien Aktiengesellschaften und Immobilen Stiftungen) über bankinterne Kanäle (in Absprache mit CIO Office)
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Präsentationen innerhalb und ausserhalb der Julius Baer
- Sourcing und Due Diligence / Beurteilung von Investitionsmöglichkeiten inkl. Mitwirkung bei der «Preferred List» für Immobilieninvestitionsvehikel (in der Schweiz)
- Begleitung und Beratung interner (Kundenberater) und externer Kunden z.B. bei Real Estate Portfoliokonstruktion und Portfolio-Umschichtungen
- Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung des Real Estate Bereichs der Bank
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Kollegen aus den Bereichen Operations, Legal, Compliance und Vertrieb, als auch mit externen Stellen, wie Managements von Immobiliengefässen, Analysten, Broker und Consultants

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- 5-7 Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise als Ökonom, Analyst oder Portfolio Manager für indirekte Immobilien
- Sehr gute Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
- Kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit hohen Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Analytische Denkweise und Teamplayer
- Fachspezifische oder volkswirtschaftliche Ausbildung (MAS in Real Estate, Bachelor/Master in Economics u.A.)
- Einschlägige Erfahrung in der Immobilienbranche oder in der Bankbranche im Bereich der Anlageklasse Immobilien
- Eigeninitiative, Einsatzbereitschaft und Passion für Immobilien und volkswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
- Ausgeprägte Marktkenntnisse und Beurteilungskompetenz für Investments im (Schweizer) Immobilienbereich
- Überdurchschnittliche Marktintelligenz im Bereich indirekte Schweizer Immobilienanlagen
- Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Überzeugungskraft im Investmentbereich
- Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft und Eigenmotivation, Teamplayer mit Serviceorientierung
