with several years of experience in real estate sector for the expansion and the establishment in
Zurich.
Your challenge
- Acquisitions, sales and search of investment and commercial properties
- Processing and closing of sales and search of investment and commercial properties
- Project management and leadership of employees and freelancers within projects
- Market and location analyses of real estate
- Consulting for project developments of real estate
- Expansion and maintenance of customer relations as well as participation in trade fairs
and customer events
- In collaboration with the supervisor: Define annual targets and set budgets including
investments; ensure targets are met
**Profile**:
- You have several years of sales as well as acquisition experience with demanding
clientele and bring with you your own customer base
- You are resident in the relevant region and are well networked
- You have a commercial education and further education in the real estate business is
an advantage
- You have an empathic and communicative nature with a winning, confident manner
- You enjoy contact with people and expanding the existing network of contacts
- You are proactive, independent, trustworthy, and work with great commitment and
passion
- Solid German and very good English skills
