We are in the market for a Strategic Account Manager with exceptional strategic partnership nurturing, up-selling and cross-selling and customer retention skills to join our Trust Solutions Group (TSG).
As Strategic Account Manager, TSG you will maintain, develop and grow customer accounts. You will also partner with our Strategic Enterprise Sales Executives to support upsell & cross-sell opportunities.
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:
Maintain, develop and grow customer accounts
Partner with our Strategic Enterprise Sales Executives to support upsell & cross-sell opportunities
Build, nurture and manage Strategic partnerships
Maintain professional and technical knowledge of our TSG products using DigiCert's PKI University
Review professional publications, establish personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices and participate in professional societies
**Territory**: Switzerland
**WHAT YOU HAVE**:
Native, bi-lingual or business proficiency in Swiss German or German (essential)
Business or bi-lingual proficiency in English (essential)
5+ years B2B Sales Account Management experience (digital B2B industry experience preferred)
PKI or Cybersecurity industry experience (advantageous)
Tertiary qualification (advantageous)
Strategic account management mentality paired with a solid understanding of developing further opportunities within DigiCert's account base
Experience managing multi-million-dollar accounts, portfolios and projects
Experience with Complex Solution Selling Sales Cycles with security solution sales
Established executive level relationships that can be leveraged for sales prospecting
Adept in managing strong Client Relationships and Channel Partners
Properly identifies and offers technical products and solutions
Uses effective resources and time management techniques
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with an attention to detail and be able to exercise good judgement
Work is performed in a timely manner, volume of work meets expectations
Continually assesses priorities and properly organizes work and resources to meet needs
