Global Head of Quality Supply Chain and Compliance

Key responsibilities:

- As an inclusive leader, leads and manages the Global Quality Supply Chain and Compliance Operations Team based in Switzerland and in the USA
- Ensures quality supplier management processes are globally set, followed and maintained including Onboarding, Monitoring (including reporting) and decommissioning.
- At global level, is a strong partner to Operational Supply Chain in order to develops and own activities and SOPs related to Good distribution practices
- Owns the Global Quality Risk Management process to ensure top global quality risks are identified, monitored and remediated
- Ensures systems and tools are fit and optimized to facilitate lean global activities owned by the team (such as audit management, global inspection readiness, supply chain and other quality management processes).
- Ensure that adequate procedures and user guides for processes owned by the team are established, maintained and trained.

Key requirements:

- MSc or BSc degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Microbiology, Biotechnology or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proficiency in Quality Supply Chain processes and quality requirements such as Good Distribution Practices
- Strong knowledge in Quality Supplier Management is an advantage
- Quality Compliance experience is a strong advantage
- Lean and Six Sigma certification is a plus
- Understanding of Trading, Import/Export Swiss requirement is a plus
- Proficiency in SAP, Trackwise is a plus
