**Responsibilities**:

- In close coordination with our management board, you are responsible for the development and implementation of product and market strategies. You will act both, as customer voice and as a leader ensuring the development of new products that meet the needs of target markets
- Together with your dedicated product line team and in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, you are accountable for the successful delivery of defined project targets with particular focus on quality, time and costs
- With a forward-looking view to the development and optimization of our business, you are responsible for providing product and market intelligence in the form of competitive analyzing, technology monitoring and advising on pricing and to ensure the compliance with the specifications of the defined stage-gate process.

**Profile**:

- Your strategic thinking skills, your analytical mind, your problem solving and decision making skills allow you to stay close to the market and successfully manage your product line like a business within a business
- You present demonstrable experience in similar functions with a proven track record in successfully managing product portfolios and projects within matrix organizations
- You have advanced knowledge in leading a team, defining and implementing processes, measure the results and talking actions within the project management and product management field. Ideally, you also have knowledge of powertrain solutions for on
- You differentiate yourself through your positivity, solution oriented mindset, openness to change, high self-awareness and self-confident appearance
- Your excellent leadership and communication skills enable you to both coach and develop high performing teams as well as to work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing and sales teams as well and having exposure to management on all levels
