Headquartered in Lachen near Zurich, Switzerland, our Customer is a leading company in the worldwide market for therapeutic human proteins. We are seeking a motivated person to join the Customer Service Team as Corporate Customer Service Coordinator. You will report to the Customer Service Manager.
- Corporate Customer Service Coordinator

**The job**:

- Order processing from receipt to delivery
- Order status monitoring
- Preparation of Tender document submissions
- Administrating Letters of Credit and other trade financing instruments
- Co-ordination of export and transport operations
- Daily contact with international customers in over 100 countries worldwide
- Preparation of shipping documents
- Some reporting activities
- Involvement in projects
- Supporting the department in various administrative tasks
- In this high-profile position you are the interface between the company and it's customers, worldwide.
- You will be working as part of a young and energetic team.
- A diploma or degree in export would be an advantage.
- You are motivated, flexible, can work independently, have good interpersonal and organizational skills, cope well with stress in a fast-paced environment, can multi-task and prioritize work effectively.
- You are fluent in both English and German.
- French would be of benefit.
