**Deine Rolle**:
Position als **Team Lead Cloud Services (80-100%)** bei unserem ROCKEN® Partner aus dem IT-Sektor zu besetzen.

**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Als **Team Lead Cloud Services** bist du für die **Führung des Betriebs
- und Support-Teams (ca. 10 Kollegen) **verantwortlich.
- Du entwickelst/professionalisierst die Betriebsorganisation mit bekannten **Standards/Frameworks** wie **ITIL v4, ISO 27001** und dem **Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework**.
- Deine Aufgabe umfasst die Sicherstellung, Performance und Sicherheit von Cloud-SaaS-Applikationen, sowie anderer Dienste, in der Azure Cloud.
- Als **Team Lead Cloud Services **beteiligst du dich aktiv am Aufbau und Vertrieb von **Managed Services-Produkten** (Azure MSP und Modern Workplace).

**Deine Skills**:

- Du bringst ein **abgeschlossenes Studium als Wirtschaftsinformatiker** oder einem vergleichbaren Diplom im Bereich IT und/oder Betriebswirtschaft mit.
- Du verfügst über fundierte **Erfahrung in Azure/Microsoft 365 Organisationen** oder **Public Cloud Anbietern (AWS, Google, etc.)**.
- Du hast fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in der Implementierung und Verwaltung von **SaaS-Anwendungen in der Cloud** (Azure/Microsoft 365).
- Du bist im Idealfall **ITIL v4 zertifiziert** und bringst fundierte Erfahrung mit der ISO 27001-Zertifizierung mit.
- Du bist fliessend in Deutsch (Wort und Schrift).
