**The Company**
- CelsiusPro AG is a technology and consulting company based in Zurich specialized in designing parametric insurance and derivative contracts (climate, natural catastrophes, agricultural livestock and yield) as well as climate risk assessment and modelling._
- We provide risk management solutions and web-based white label platforms for corporations, insurers, brokers, governmental agencies, industry bodies, cooperatives and agribusiness companies to offer smart and cost-effective products to clients._
**The Product Management team**
You will be part of the Products team, which acts as a link between the Business and the Technology teams. The Products team leads the implementation projects of our web-based white label platforms and takes care of technical requests from existing clients. We are looking for a product manager to extend our capabilities.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Lead client projects for the setup of new white label platforms
- Lead internal projects to improve the delivery process
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and translate them into technical specifications
- Daily collaboration with Software Engineering and R&D teams to explain technical specifications
- Prioritize the tech-backlog of your projects
- Contribute to the planning of the roadmap
- Prototype parametric insurance products structures and perform ad-hoc statistical analyses
**You have**:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
- At least three years of experience in an Insurtech or in a similar environment
- General understanding or strong interest in parametric insurance
- Ability to discuss complex topics with a wide range of stakeholders including clients, sales, research and development and software engineering
- Solid knowledge in R, Python or strong interest in building up skills
- Solid statistical skills
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
