The** Digital, Data & Analytics Director **is responsible for leading innovative digital activities and campaigns in line with the country's digital agenda, Global guidelines and corporate strategy. They will have to ensure the development of the digital strategy, the planning and implementation of activities and the measuring of the results of digital activities through all channels and for all Business Units.
The Digital & Data Strategy must:
- translate into tangible benefits for the company in terms of simplification and streamlining of processes, optimization of interaction with customers, increased performance and company productivity, also through the activation of partnerships with technology providers
- align with our objectives of innovating by generating scientific, economic and social value for public health, the company's business and its employees, as well as with Environmental Social Governance objectives.
The Digital, Data & Analytics Director also ensures the correct execution of the Commercial Excellence and Sales force effectiveness processes, also bringing innovation in these areas.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Defines, plans, implements and monitors the digital strategy of the country, in agreement with all business functions involved and in line with the Global strategies, while providing the Leadership Team an innovative perspective to support and facilitate the improvement of Go to Market models.
- Responsible for leading the Digital, Data & Analytics Team.
- Ensures the translation and implementation of the corporate strategy through the various key digital channels, customizing development and execution of strategic messaging, and working in close collaboration with the Policy & Communication department.
- Identify new digital business opportunities, technologies and innovations to take the Company to the next level of digital transformation and acceleration.
- Advance Data & Analytics: provides Business Units with timely and accurate business intelligence data and analysis, to support and improve the implementation of the commercial strategy.
- Contributes to the development and implementation of promotional media across all channels.
- Defines, in collaboration with the Business Unit Directors and Human Resources, the policies and objectives of the Sales Incentive Plan, contributing to the commercial strategy and the validation of Targeting, through appropriate tools and processes.
- Enhances our customer focus by better understanding customer preferences through data translation, resulting in tailored strategic execution and therefore higher customer satisfaction.
- Contributes to the definition and implementation of the Environmental Social Governance agenda, ensuring its constant monitoring and consistency with the corporate strategy and Global guidelines and working in synergy with the Policy and Communication Director.
- Responsibility for the agile transformation and wider team members who are accountable for the agile working tools (Jira, Confluence and Quantive).
- Management across departments, include the Market Research and CRM Management teams.
- After-Sales-Management including the close collaboration with other departments within the Supply Chain, Customer Services, Demand Planning and eCommerce teams.
- Further developing the Learning & Development in country working together with the Learning & Development Manager.
- Close collaboration with the IT Team.
**Your Profile**:
**Education Minimum Requirement**:
- Required: Bachelor's Degree.
- Preferred: Master's Degree.
**Required Experience and Skills**:
- Extensive experience working in a Business-related position within a Country and or Regional function at senior level.
- Strong People Management experience.
- Solid knowledge of projects, stakeholders’ management and process optimisation.
- Able to present to senior leaders and represent the Company on a Country and or Region level.
- Excel in building relationships with senior stakeholders and levels across cultures and functions to challenge thinking, influence change and deliver added value.
- High quality skills of strategic thinking and business judgment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and drive business change.
- High levels of self-awareness and willingness to develop to more senior roles.
- Exceptional communicator with strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Experience with Agile with a bias towards speed and agility.
- Fluency in English (German, French & Italian is a plus).
