**Associate Brand and Forecast Manager (M/F/d)**
**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Provide operational support and project management for EYLEA Strategy and Operations team
- Provide ongoing analysis of the Ophthalmology space and competitive environment to draw accurate conclusions from multiple data sources to make sound recommendations
- As a member of EYLEA Strategy and Operations team support strategy and analysis of campaign content data to inform future campaign development / customer engagement
- Coordinates and work with cross functional team EYLEA Strategy and Operations Team to ensure execution of brand plans
- Identify and recommend key initiatives to the brand manager based on knowledge gained from an in depth understanding of the brand and category
- Perform analysis and assessments of market size, penetration, market dynamics and competitive landscape for strategically relevant products and projects as well as synthesize and document findings based on triangulation of multiple sources
- Define forecasting methodology, data needs and execution plan for Ophthalmology franchise and develop the forecast models based on key assumptions and business drivers in collaboration with global marketing team
- Develop strong collaboration with EYLEA IPT,finance, strategic planning, market access and product supply as well as major markets/regions to capture forecasting inputs and assumptions to develop mid term and long term planning, including projections for both marketed and pipeline assets/indication and identify and communicate key risks and uncertainties of forecasts. Forecasts should be objective and fact driven
- Present forecast updates to provide synthesized insights to stakeholders and address specific business questions, such as impact of new indications, competitive events, etc., explaining data or methodology limitations/caveats in transparent manner to support informed decision making
- Plan and execute projects around forecasting processes and platforms, such as global platform improvements based on lessons learned and needs emerging, long term planning process improvement initiatives and engage with forecasting team to ensure best forecasting practices are followed
**WHO YOU ARE**:
- Post graduate degree (Master's/Ph.D) in quantitative field (statistics, finance, economics, business administration, natural sciences) with experience in pharmaceutical commercial analytics or forecasting; Experience in Ophthalmology highly preferred
- Ability to collaborate and influence key stakeholders in team based environment across multicultural and interdisciplinary teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to regularly present concise executive summaries, structured syntheses of insights and business recommendations to senior management
- Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy to plan, organize and lead implementation of multiple projects within time, budget and capacity constraints
- Solid understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics, competitive landscape and forecasting methodologies
- Superior analytical ability, assessing and reacting to complex models and technical information
- Experience analyzing content, CRM and engagement data to inform strategy
- Ability to streamline operational processes and drive efficiency through the use of technology, with excellent problem-solving skills
- Must create an environment that encourages innovation and risk-taking to engage in positive and productive debate with the leaders of key internal constituent groups
- Work experience across several markets/regions highly preferred
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
