If yes, then we have an exciting job opportunity for you as Market Access Manager in Novo Nordisk Switzerland, where you, in this newly created role, will work together with likeminded professionals to help us make a difference
**The position**
As the Market Access Manager, you will ensure the access and pricing of Novo Nordisk products, playing a key role in supporting new business opportunities and strategic market access objectives, while taking into account short, medium and long-term local business needs.
In this position, you will:
- Create a productive relationship with key customers and relevant institutions to achieve innovative solutions and get pro-active information within market access and public affairs
- Prepare market access strategies and submissions, including using innovative pricing models, for submission to the authorities
- Pro-actively handle price reviews, new indications and patent losses to minimise impact on revenue
- Closely collaborate with Health insurance (Krankenkassen) companies and other stakeholders
- Handle the price business cases and have an overview of timelines, prices, and internal planning of price reviews
**Qualifications**
As a seasoned Market Access professional, with multiple years of experience within the Swiss market, you have hands-on experience creating access and reimbursement dossiers independently. You have successfully collaborated with the BAG, healthcare institutions and health insurance companies, and you have had responsibility for specialised and high value products, requiring you to utilise innovative pricing models.
Bringing a degree in pharmacy, medicine, natural science or another field you:
- Are driven by curiosity and are extremely accurate in your work
- Have both a strategic and analytical mindset
- Are a strong negotiation
- Speak English, German and perhaps also French
**About the department**
Novo Nordisk Pharma AG is the Swiss Affiliate, with over 80 employees, located at the Circle, Zurich Airport. The Swiss Affiliate belongs to Region Northwest Europe, which is part of IO (International Operations). The position reports to the Senior Director, Market Access, Public Affairs & Communications.
