The Infusion Delivery business platform is accountable for the Gravity & Syringe Delivery (GSD) and Pump Delivery (PD) portfolios, providing users with a range of dedicated IV sets used to deliver various infusion therapies. The platform wants to drive the notion of “right device for the right clinical use” helping customers to optimize their clinical practice, positioning BD as a trusted clinical partner and further unlocking the value of our portfolio. As such, the platform operates in close collaboration with other MMS and MDS platforms, regions, and functions to optimize product and system performance, quality and patient safety and to deliver the best possible experience to our customers.

**As Marketing Manager, Infusion Delivery International, you will **act as a lead for a wide range of commercial projects related to the Infusion Delivery product portfolio, with accountability for the portfolio life cycle management and product management. You will be the voice of our customers, taking full ownership for market and customer insight research, and translating these insights into concrete product requirements and marketing plans to optimize go-to-market and portfolio development.**:
Overall, you will drive critical business initiatives and to optimally operate within the BD matrixed organization to deliver impactful results.

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Act as a steward for the assigned portfolio, developing and performing product lifecycle management strategies inclusive of product roadmaps, portfolio rationalization and other activities in alignment with instrument platform and regional marketing teams
- Lead all aspects of the marketing plan to ensure the achievement of financial/budget expectations and go-to-market strategies, including market sensing, market development and marketing mix.
- Own the successful development and flawless implementation of the new product launches and the related commercialization plans, strategies and activities
- Collaborates with regional teams and regulatory for the registrations activities as part of the geographical expansion plan
- Understands customers’ needs and the drivers of the demand, including pricing strategy
- Communicates routinely and proactively to the Leadership Team and other business/project governance bodies on progress and potential issues with portfolio projects, identifying acceleration and risk mitigation opportunities
- Proactively engages customers and senses market and competitive dynamic to gather key insights, translating them into potential product improvement and business development opportunities to create robust new product pipeline that meets and exceeds customer expectations
- May participate as a marketing core team member on new product development projects, driving Commercial Excellence to ensure product, commercial, organizational and market readiness in preparation for product launch

**About you**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Technical Field; MBA highly preferred
- Experience and understanding of working in large matrix organization
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proactive, able to influence
- Prior experience in Infusion would be a plus
- Proficiency in English, additional languages will be considered as plus
- Availability for occasional travel
