**Deine Rolle**:
Als wichtiges Mitglied des SAP/LPM-Teams bieten wir Dir die Möglichkeit, unsere Tochtergesellschaften rund um die Vertriebsprozesse zu betreuen. **Deine Verantwortung**:

- Betreuung und Sicherstellung des Know-how Transfers zu unserer Tochtergesellschaften
- Sicherstellung des 1st Level Supportes & Koordination des 2nd Level
- Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von neuen und bestehenden Sales Geschäftsprozessen in unserem SAP Umfeld; in Zusammenarbeit mit SAP-Modulbetreuern, IT-Spezialisten und den Fachabteilungen
- Mitarbeit in IT- und Organisationsprojekten
- Konzeptionelle Erstellung der notwendigen Dokumentationen (Prozess
- und Systemdokumentation)
- Aufbau, Betreuung und Ausbildung von SAP Key-Usern

**Deine Skills**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufslehre
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im SAP-Umfeld und Process Management
- Gute SAP-Kenntnisse in den Modulen SD und CRM / C4C
- Prozessorientiere, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikative, durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit und Teamplayer
- Gute Englischkenntnisse (min. B2-Level)
