Global Quality Manager

**What's the role?**:
To create enthusiastic customers, an excellent quality performance of our products and services must be maintained and continuously improved. As our business is expanding intensely, there are many challenges lying ahead, not only with regards to quality. You will support our strategic moves by improving our supplier quality level, new product development and driving systematic overarching process improvement. You will interact with suppliers, business unit functions, selected customers and headquarter functions.

**What does the role involve?**:
As Global Quality Manager, you will work with our team and suppliers on achieving important quality improvement, while leading part of our quality team. You will support in project work and supplier activities including auditing and releases. Besides, you will contribute to the product development projects and overarching process improvement initiatives as needed, as well as the advancement of our on-site Quality Management System, complaint management, and sustainable problem solving. You will constantly work with high visibility towards the top management, and you will have the opportunity to build-up a network for your further career advancement.

**What you need is**:

- An engineering background (mechanical, industrial, etc). MBA is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills to successfully perform in a global matrix environment and demonstrated ability in stakeholder management.
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- (additional languages are a plus)
- Willingness to travel internationally, mainly in Europe (approx. 20-30%)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop creative solutions when dealing with complex scenarios
- Proven track record in Quality Management, Supplier Quality Engineering or similar roles
- Experience in leading people is a plus
