Global Product Manager Business Unit Installation

**What's the role?**:
As a Global Product Manager, you will be responsible for both managing a global portfolio and also participating in the development of the next generation of our solutions for the heavy load portfolio range. You will work closely with our development team, with customers, our HUBs and sales Organizations.

**What does the role involve?**:
You will be part of the product management team of business unit installation and report to the segment manager.
Business Unit Installation is a high paced BU, both from a work perspective and from sports, since we have probably the highest density of runners in all Business Units. The product management team is very diverse and inclusive in all terms: nationality, gender, tenure and background.

**What you need is**:
- Proven experience in product management and/or sales
- Proven ability to analyse complex business problems, extrat the essence and craft implementable solutions
- Excellent interpseronal skills and ability to communicate and present complex topics with simple and powerful messages to customers and internal stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial approach, striving for business value creation with a strong customer focus
