MISSION

Tasks and responsibilities

Responsible for project delivery at our clients incl scope, budget, quality and stakeholder management
Project management using waterfall & agile methodology to oversee day-to-day activities, operations, reporting, planning and delivery on project in MedTech and related industries
Project areas might include:
MedTech Manufacturing
MedTech R&D
Engineering R&D
Manufacturing Engineering / Operations (incl. Automation)
Digitalization
Collaboration with cross-functional multidisciplinary teams in multiple time zones and different cultures with a focus on enabling the team to deliver value
Guide our customers to best possible results by thinking out-of-the-box and establish lean workflows to address client challenges & bottlenecks
Manage capacity and capability of the Arcondis and client team including risk and issues
Manages knowledge sharing between project teams to enhance project effectiveness
Drive Business Development within defined industries to grow the business
Support the Arcondis Business Services to develop and grow their service portfolio

STUDIES

**Profile**:
University degree in Natural Science or Engineering (i.e., Biotech/Biology, Chemistry, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering)
At least 3+ years professional experience in project management in a manufacturing company
Proven record of excellent project management skills
Experience with MedTech industry regulation (GXP)
Relevant work experience in Process/Product Engineering and/or Process/Product Development
Enthusiasm to take responsibility and proactively collaborate with a highly engaged team of engineers, operators, quality assurance, planning & logistics and by creating solutions which take their diverse perspectives into account
Inspired to learn manufacturing technologies and continuously improve diverse processes with a hands-on approach to support our in-house production efficiently
Highly motivated team player with excellent communication skills, who is able to work independently within and across teams
GoodIT skills in in Microsoft Office and G-Suite, as well as knowledge of Project Management tools like Trello, Miro, Smartsheet
Fluency in English and good knowledge of German (written and oral))
Willingness to travel
