**Position description and objectives**:
We are looking for a Junior Production Technician to build the next generation of RigiTech drone systems. You will work closely with the production and engineering teams to ensure the highest quality and safety standards for our aerial robotics systems.

**Responsibilities and duties**:
In this role you will have the following responsibilities:

- Perform repetitive mechanical assembly tasks (screwing, gluing, etc.)
- Conduct wiring assembly, solder joints, cable connections, and related sub-assembly work
- Carry out custom parts post-processing and manufacturing
- Perform quality control tests and validate manufactured modules
- Update production manuals
- Use ERP software to follow Manufacturing and Work Orders and stock management

**Required qualification and skills**:
**Qualification**:

- CFC in electrical/mechanical OR demonstrable equivalent experience
- Experience with electronic/mechanical products
- Familiarity with wiring, soldering, or PCB assembly
- Highly organized, independent, and detail-oriented,
- Self-motivated, with an ability to propose process improvements
- Flexible to ever-changing demands of a startup environment,
- Proficient in French (oral and written),
- Comfortable communicating in English,
- Ability to multi-task in a very fast-paced environment.

**Note: This role involves repetitive manual tasks that are integral to our production workflow. We seek individuals who are comfortable with hands-on, detail-oriented work, and who wish to grow alongside our dynamic team.**
