We are looking for a Project Manager with proven interest in HR trends and people operations to support our Swiss HR team in our mission of creating a business

**Start date**: as soon as possible

**Place of work**: Basel or Rotkreuz, hybrid working model

**Contract type**: Temporary for 8 - 10 months

**Your Missions**

As part of our Swiss HR team, you will lead projects and their implementation with the ultimate goal to improve HR processes and enhance the employee experience. An open and motivated HR team full of ideas, drive and enthusiasm is waiting for you.

Your role will include but will not be limited to the following missions:

- Lead implementation of projects and process improvement activities related to employment legislation, HR systems, practices, procedures and compliance
- Lead process automatization activities for the day-to-day development of new local and global HR initiatives
- Provide input and assist in or lead efforts associated with change management
- Continuously scan the market for HR trends and innovations, in order to bring new ideas and proactively address business requirements and challenges
- Provide advice and guidance on all aspects related to people management, absenteeism, workforce planning, talent development and management, etc.

**Your Profile**
- You preferably benefit from at least 3 years of experience as Project Manager, and have an interest in people-related processes
- You ideally already have an experience in the implementation of projects in the context of HR Innovation/Transformation
- Very strong analytical and organizational skills, affinity with processes definition and their continuous improvement
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, organize and manage projects
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills with sound judgment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills, ability to interact in a matrix and fast-paced environment
- Very high degree of discretion and confidentiality
- Business fluent in English, German of advantage
