For our client, an international orientated Pharma company in Rotkreuz, we are looking for a reliable and motivated (M/F/d) **Global Project Manager 80-100%**: **AUFGABENBESCHREIBUNG**: - Support project preparation and team forming - Responsible for the project plan creation - Organise project teams and effective team structures (meetings, agendas, ways of working) - Coordinate learning and initiatives with peer colleagues - Create, coordinate and maintain integrated project plans - Guide and manage the team's preparation for project milestone reviews - Be accountable for quality implementation in project work focusing on: project risk management; critical path analysis; scenario creation and analysis; budget; robust planning - Identify gaps, potential bottlenecks or delays, project risks, challenges assumptions and proposes options to close gaps and get projects back on schedule - Be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators of projects, analyse root causes, recommend actions and communicate issues, risks and proposals proactively to a wide range of stakeholders, supports PCQT, LCT and/or LCC decision making - Consistently execute project management processes, and may lead improvement initiatives - Build knowledge, share best practices across project teams and Sub-Chapters, be a catalyst for a learning organisation - Be a process architect; create new meaningful process pathways/adapt existing ones to strategic requirements & goals, organise and drive implementation across customer areas **ERFORDERLICHES PROFIL**: - Min. Bachelor degree in a business administration, engineering, life sciences or IT related discipline - Project Management specific training (e.g. PMI), experienced in Agile Methodology is a plus - Min. 2 years of project management experience in a similar environment (IT / Engineering / Software Development or Research Projects) OR min. 2 years of experience in product development - Experience working in a regulated environment, GMP is of advantage - Proven experience with project planning, risk management, budget creation and analysis, milestone conduction - Proven experience in creating / executing of Project Kick off / Project review Workshops - Ability to manage stakeholder on different levels for communication of issues, bottlenecks and delays, challenging assumptions - Able to follow best practices in the PMO and foster continuous improvements by sharing knowledge and continuous exchange - Business fluency in English (written and spoken), additional language skills are a plus Are you interested?
