**What you will do**:

- Specializing in cross-border and Full Supply / PPA deals for effective implementation in ETRM systems.
- Acting as an expert in ETRM systems, including ENDUR and bespoke platforms.
- Collaborating closely with front teams, including Traders and Originators, as well as other key departments such as Risk, Scheduling, and Accounting.
- Facilitating communication with auction platforms, TSOs, and counterparties to ensure smooth transactions.
- Developing a deep understanding of the energy market landscape in East
- & South-East Europe.
- Ensuring compliance with all processes and directives to uphold industry standards.

**What you bring & who you are**:

- A Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or related fields.
- Specific competencies and certificates of merit demonstrating expertise in energy trading.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in structuring/managing energy wholesale market products or energy trading business development.
- In-depth knowledge of the principles governing the energy market in East
- & South-East Europe.
- An analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to navigate complex market dynamics.
- Strong personal and social competencies, including self-awareness, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making.
