Digital Campaign Manager

For our Swiss subsidiary in Global Human Health based in Lucerne, we are currently looking for a Digital Campaign Manager Vaccines (M/F/d) who will be responsible for implementing commercial omnichannel strategies and digital campaigns across the Swiss market and building action plans accordingly. This is a permanent, full-time role based in our Citybay office with a flexible working policy in place.

**Your responsibilities**:

- You support the development and adoption of omnichannel promotional campaigns in alignment with the strategic plan and in close collaboration with the cross-functional Primary Care Team and within given budget
You work closely with the Omnichannel Customer Engagement Specialist (Sales) to evolve digitally led campaigns that are integrated across channels and tailored to customer needs
- You adapt centrally generated content for Swiss specific market and customer needs and close collaboration with regional teams to continuously improve engagement impact
- You project manage the content approval process internally and with digital agencies
- You analyse local market to understand and articulate the Customer Buying Process and identify commercial opportunities, identify and manage customer barriers and drivers
- You engage actively in Marketing and Sales Force Meetings (SCRUM Agile Team) and advocate the omnichannel strategy
- You act as a digital specialist: Define measurable goals and set benchmarks for digital performance that ladder up to overall brand goals
- You define KPI’s and use data analytics to develop appropriate tracking and measuring of impact and engagement of tactics and activities to secure continuous optimization
- You evaluate and build up new communication channels
**Your qualifications and experience**:

- You hold a degree in Marketing, Communications or Public Relations with a specialisation in Digital Marketing or a natural science background with relevant experience
- Engagement and hands-on experience in the digital world (eg. Social Media Platforms, digital Marketing, etc.) and roll out of B2B or B2C campaigns in the pharmaceutical industry or preferably other strongly regulated industries or marketing agency
- Experience with vaccines brands is of advantage
- Strong communication and collaborative skills and the ability to effectively work both independently and within a team environment
- You are able to translate science into easy to communicate language
- You understand strategic approaches and are proactive with a can do attitude
- You are fluent in German and English (French language skills are of advantage)
