Tasks

What you’ll do
- Administrate our social media accounts, primarily Facebook and Instagram so they always remain up-to-date (accurate information for our consumers, brand identity, business manager users & agency, etc..).
- Analyse and report our Social Media KPI’s and coordinate the action plan for increasing our social media impact.
- Advise marketing project managers on their budget allocation for social campaigns and report budget spending accordingly.
- Manage and execute our social media brand and services marketing ads (Facebook, Instagram, etc..).
- Active collaboration for the social media performance marketing ads in relation with our ecommerce marketing.
- Continuous Social Media trend watching and benchmarking for internal recommendation and keeping the relevancy of our social media channels.
- Sending regularly Newsletter to our subscribers in line with our Social Media Campaigns and goals.
- Other tasks may include: interfacing with clients’ requests, SEO tasks, Google AdWords and other administrative tasks.

**Requirements**:
Your skills
- Autonomous and organized.
- Attention to details.
- Proactive provide solutions to continuously optimise processes and how things are done.
- Experience or studying social media management / Digital Marketing (especially in Tourism).
- Excellent English and German with superb grammar and spelling for content creation.
- Personal interest in outdoor sports ensuring the relevant tone of voice and content creation.
- Familiar with retargeting, remarketing, tracking pixels, lookalike & custom audience concepts.
- Good sense in projects coordination and organization, experience in any project management a plus.
- A good feeling and interest in 360° online Marketing and e-commerce trends.
- Knowledge in Italian and/or French is an advantage.
- Photo & video editing skills a big plus.
- A great knowledge of Switzerland main points of interest.

- Duration: 1 Year with the possibility to renew it as a full contract.
- Location: Lucerne and partially remote.
- Engagement: 50% (flexible but ideally every day 4 hours).
- Salary: 1,100CHF Brutto.
