We are looking for our client, a trust company based in Geneva, a Trust Administrator 80-100%.
- Monitor trust activities and conduct regular reviews
- Provide daily administrative support, including financial, accounting tasks, and database management.
- Assist with setting up and maintaining statutory records, including minutes from directors’ and shareholders’ meetings, and trustee resolutions.
- support financial advisor
- Stay up-to-date with trends in trust and estate planning, tax law developments, and regulatory changes.
- STEP Certificate in progress
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in trust management.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
