- Responsibilities in the Compliance team regarding client opening and KYC due diligence procedures
- Implementation of KYC/AML policies and regulations (AMLA, AMLO FINMA, CDB 20, FINSA, FINIA etc.)
- Documentation and life cycle management of relationships incl. update of client documentation
- Responsibilities regarding Compliance reviews and reporting
- Responsibilities regarding compilation and preparation of the necessary documentation for internal and external audit examinations
- Contract and template management across Leonteq’s markets
- Storage of relevant documents and database maintenance
- Draft of internal Legal and Compliance notes
- Support in other core Compliance tasks, including daily interaction with front office
TRAINING STRUCTURE
- Improving financial product knowledge
- Understanding of Legal & regulatory transnational questions
- Learning to work with different operational systems
- Learning about the different Compliance monitoring activities
- Learning about implementation of various national & international regulatory requirements
- Acquiring onboarding and relationship documentation knowledge
What you'll need
- Degree in Law/Compliance/Regulatory or similar
- Active interest in capital markets and regulations, in particular AML
- Dedicated and responsible with strong team-player attitude
- Independent and solution oriented approach
- Ability to work under pressure, manage own goals and set up priorities
- Fluent in English
- Good MS Office Skills

- Language skills in German and/or Spanish
