**Job description**:
**Das Aufgabengebiet umfasst folgende Tätigkeiten**:

- Verantwortung und Kontrolle für den Umsatz, das Budget und für die Vertriebsindikatoren, inkl. Erstellung der Ziele für jeden Store
- Optimierung und Entwicklung von Prozessen und Strukturen
- Analyse und Erstellung von Reportings und Statistiken, um die Entwicklungen des Vertriebsnetzes zu überwachen
- Human Ressources
- Führung, Unterstützung und Motivation von ca. 9 Mitarbeitern (direct reports)
- Mithilfe bei Rekrutierung von Führungsmitarbeitern
- Intervention am POS im Falle von Problemen mit dem Personal (mit HR und Retail Area Managers)
- Verantwortung über Stock und Inventar der Stores
- Regelmässige Store Visits
- Kontrolle der Marketingausgaben, Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung/Planung von Marketingaktivitäten in den Stores
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Retail Trainiers und Mithilfe zur Erweiterung und Optimierung des Internen Entwicklungsprogramms
- Vertriebsnetzausbau: sämtliche administrative und organisatorischen Arbeiten in Bezug auf Renovierungen und Eröffnungen neuer Swatch Stores + Pop-Up Stores (u.a. Erstellen von Business Plänen, Budgetierungen, Planungen, etc.)
- Überwachung und Verhandlungen der Verträge der Stores

**Professional requirements**:
Sie sind ein Retailspezialist, der über eine höhere Business-Ausbildung verfügt und mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Führungsfunktion im Retail (vorzugsweise im Fashion/Lifestyle Bereich) mitbringt.

Sie verfügen über eine einwandfreie Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch und Französisch, sowie fliessende Englischkenntnisse (Italienisch von Vorteil**)**.
