In order to reinforce the Sales team at its Headquarters in Biel/Bienne, Switzerland, SWATCH is currently searching for a

**Marketplace Manager 100%**

Main responsibilities will include:

- Consultant to HQ sales and local markets re processes, guidelines, assortment strategies and other digital sales aspects related to online wholesale, e-retailer and marketplaces
- Collaborate on Strategic leadership and guidance of marketplace strategies in conjunction with company management
- Responsible for developing and communication best practices to maximize sales, grow market share and improve the customer experience and brand perception across all Marketplaces.
- Work closely with all stakeholders at HQ and in the Markets to identify & validate new online sales partner opportunities
- Create a marketplace strategy through assortment, online marketing, merchandising brand maintenance
- Collaborate closely with Markets, HQ Marketing and Sales Planning and other areas of the company to execute existing and develop new Market place initiatives and opportunities designed to meet and exceed customer needs and the Marketplace revenue goals
- Analyze operational and tactical information against defined KPIs, develop conclusions, communicate recommendations and work effectively with markets.
- Report on worldwide Marketplace metrics
- Create and manage marketplace initiative roadmap
- Monitor online Brand presence on various platforms by using monitoring tools, initiate actions by collaborating with Legal, Sales, Markets and Management to ensure a correct brand presence.

**Profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree business marketing, data sciences, or related field
- 3-5 years of online sales experience working with 1 or more major online retailer/marketplace (Amazon, Zalando, Shopee, Zalora, etc. )

**Professional requirements**:

- Experience with e-commerce marketing and digital sales drivers
- Demonstrated understanding of web technologies, browers, analytics, reporting and content management systems and processes
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with the ability to work efficiently within a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Strong project management skills. Strong analytical skills to guide business strategy decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, plus the ability to quickly learn and work with the new systems and software

**Languages**:
In addition, you possess excellent communications skills and are fluent in English, German and French. Any other language would be a plus.
