The Head of Store Design & Planning (SDP) is responsible of design, development, construction and maintenance for all existing and new Piaget points of sale Worldwide (Flagships, Boutiques, Shop in Shops). He ensures the Maison Store Concept constant update and overview all processes to secure the image, timing, budget, and sustainability expectations for all new and renovated stores.

**You will make an impact by**:

- Overseeing the concept relevancy, constant update and its rollout, in cooperation with all involved Piaget Departments
- Leading the creative agencies selection
- Overseeing the execution and deployment of the Store Concept Worldwide for Internal and Partner Networks
- Working in collaboration with HQ Retail team to imagine and design new client experiences
- Optimizing in-store sales force operations
- Overviewing and assessing budget controlling and follow up for all projects, including the implementation of tendering, sourcing and prototyping
- Overseeing all store construction phases (Consultants and Contractors selections, tendering, permitting, etc.) with the team of Project Managers in Head Quarters and the regions
- Drawing and proposing a sustainability strategy
- Drawing and proposing the maintenance strategy for all Regions (interventions of planned and reactive maintenance, reporting) ensuring that the quality of the store is within the standards of the Maison
- Managing directly the Head Quarters Store Design & Planning team, composed of five persons
- Coordinating the Regional project managers
- Animating the global SDP community (both HQ and regions)
- Building and monitoring the department budget

**The exceptional skills we are looking for**:

- You possess a Master’s degree in Architecture followed by a professional experience of 10 years in Architecture (at least 5 years in Retail within the Luxury business/an international major fashion company is mandatory)
- You have strong project management skills
- You have strong communication skills (both written and oral) in English. Knowledge in French is an asset
- You are at ease with IT tools such as Autocad, Sketchup, Photoshop, 3D visualization, Illustrator, InDesign and MS Office
- You are capable of proposing creative and innovating solutions as well as supporting its strategic issues
- You are curious and agile
